IChemE in Malaysia invites members to attend an upcoming evening event presented by Ian Halsall, Chairman at Lloyd West Sdn Bhd, which takes place in collaboration with the IChemE Young Engineers Group (YEG) game show. View map Time: 16:00 - 18:00 Synopsis of event Being successful in any company (large, small, or your own) requires much more than just technical skills. Management skills, soft skills and understanding business processes are often just as important. In fact, many believe your "soft skills" will have a bigger impact on your salary upgrades and your personal wealth than your "hard skills". But for many people, soft skills are actually harder to learn and perfect than technical skills. That's why companies often pay high salaries to people who have them. In this seminar Ian Halsall will cover a range of soft skills and how you can apply them. Participation: Seats are limited to 50 max by prior registration on first come first served basis.
